VPN Guide
Visit user portal login with your SSL details. (eg https://{ipaddress}:8443)
user: {generally PC user name} joe.bloggs
password: {generally PC password}
Note: if you have 2FA setup you will need to enter after password 6 dig from Sophos intercept X App 2FA Code) Password+2FA_Code no spaces eg: ClearSky654731
Note: if you can't login with email your account might not exist: You can verify if credentials are working
Login to User Portal to activate email sync with Firewall (eg https://{ipaddress}:4443)
User Portal:
Inform ABIt once logged so that, you user account can be added to SSL VPN group to login
#Once Logged it download the config file
Please Note: If 2FA is enabled you will need scan QR code via Sophos Intercept Application
Note: If your Sophos Connect Client APP on PC is too Old -Can update app
Click on Sophos Connect Client for Windows --> Note before install click on Running APP
Go to browser downloads upper corner folder double and double click config file or got to download folder windows and double click the Config file
Open sophos connect
Click Connect to SSL VPN for the required connection
if you have 2FA enabled via Sophos Intercept X – Load your 2FA code Open Intercept X on the Phone
